Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Eagle Pass, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The City of Eagle Pass (CITY) is soliciting this request for Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP) from General Contractors (GC) for the Arrow Point Drainage Improvements (RFP#2023-002). Scope of project consists of improvements including but not limited to mobilization, barricades, signs, traffic handling, removal of existing concrete, adjustment of existing utilities, removal of existing wood fences, installation of wood fences, construction of concrete drainage channel, and bridge sidewalk that connects to an existing sidewalk on Oak Manor Drive, east of Stone Way & Oak Manor Drive intersection, Eagle Pass, Texas, 78852. The estimated completion date of this Project is one (1) month(s) from the date of the issuance of the Notice to Proceed under the Contract for Work. The CITY reserves the right to negotiate with all licensed individuals or companies that submit proposals in accordance with applicable rules and regulations. Any requests for interpretation, clarification, etc. must be submitted on the Public Purchase website or via e-mail for this RFP no later than Thursday, December 8th, 2022 at 5pm CST or will not be considered.
