DBE: 7% Road Project Development Services HMA Overlay Preventive Maintenance and Concrete Pavement Preservation (CPP) projects on US 12 in Lake County The selected firm will perform the design and plan development work necessary to produce the construction contract documents. The selected firm will be required to provide a Topographic Survey, Pavement Design, Geotechnical Services, Environmental Documentation, all Permit Applications, Hydraulic Analysis, Utility Coordination, Right of Way Plan Development (including Title Research, Engineering and Staking), Design Plans, and Construction Phase Services. Additional services may also be required, such as, Wetland Mitigation, Archaeological Investigations Historical/Architectural Investigations, if these work-types become necessary. INDOT will perform any Land Acquisition Services that may become necessary.
