Question Deadline: Mon Jan 27, 2023 4:00:00 PM (EST) Duration in months: 24 The main objectives of this assignment are to: Perform a comprehensive review and documentation of all available records, CCTV inspection reports and videos, flow measurement data, in conjunction with review of As-Built drawings and available design records Evaluate the system impact of the Ninth Line Trunk Sewer south of 16th Avenue going offline to facilitate rehabilitation Review the Region's Water and Wastewater Master Plan (2022), Region hydraulic model, and existing system flow and population data to find opportunities to reduce or eliminate the need for temporary bypassing during rehabilitation using existing or planned infrastructure Propose modifications or system optimizations to facilitate bypassing of the Ninth Line Trunk Sewer using existing infrastructure or new infrastructure, including high level cost estimates. Complete a detailed Rehabilitation Feasibility Study to determine if the Ninth Line Sewer can be rehabilitated in a practical, cost-effective manner, and propose suitable rehabilitation technologies including constructability reviews, cost estimates and an implementation strategy.
