Renovation of a mixed-use development in Stanton, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive all formalities Stanton ISD 2022 HVAC Replacement Proposals will be received for the HVAC Replacement and Associated Work. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive all formalities. Plans and Specifications may be obtained from BGR Architects, Inc., 2118 34th Street, Lubbock, Texas 79411. A deposit of $50.00 is required for each physical set of plans and specifications. Deposit is refundable upon return of plans and specifications. Each Proposer shall include completed copies of the Felony Conviction Notification, Anti-Collusion Notice, Conflict of Interest Questionnaire, and Contractor's Qualification Statement with their Proposal. Failure to furnish the requested information shall disqualify the Proposal from consideration. Copies of the forms are attached to this Notice to Proposers for use by the Proposer
