Site work and paving for a road / highway in Stanton, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

1. Site Prep/Yard Work a) Caliche Base i) Will install caliche base on S. Florence, E Michael, E. St. Elizabeth, E. St. John, and E. Bell followed at the current ground elevations (24' wide by 3435' long) base will be 6" thick Compacted to 95% proctor with crown in the middle of the street, and 10'x24' approach with a 10' Radius at the side of the 5 intersecting streets. i) all valve covers need to be set at grade and concrete apron as needed. b) Asphalt Paving i) Total of 82,440 sq. feet of double coat chip seal paving will be installed with (grade 4 precoated base rock & grade 3 precoated top rock and AC10 emulsion coating. 2. Contingency: Proposal must include Bid Bond
