Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Stanton, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Project includes the Work: Work of Project consists of new waterline, fire hydrant, domestic service connections, asphalt pavement removal and patch, curb and gutter removal and replacement, concrete sidewalk removal and replacement, pavement stripping, and new crushed granite. Payment shall be Company check or cashier's check made payable to Parkhill. Submit all questions about meaning or intent of Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received Bidding Documents. Questions received less than 10 days prior to date for opening Bids may not be answered.
