**As of December 9, 2022 this project was postponed and no bids were opened or awarded. No definite date for the rebid. The Village of Ramsey is accepting bids on the following two properties: 511 S. Front St. -- Demolition of all structures on the property (house, garage, fencing, sheds, foundations, and wild trees attached to structures). Remove all structure and mis-cellaneous debris from property. Back fill basements, cellars, and crawlspaces with fill dirt crowned for future settling, cover with six inches of top soil. Seed and straw for grass. Property needs to be left as a building site. 621 S. Front St. - Demolition of all structures on the property (house, garage, fencing, sheds, foundations, and wild trees attached to structures). Remove all structure and mis-cellaneous debris from property. Back fill basements, cellars, and crawlspaces with fill dirt crowned for future settling, cover with six inches of top soil. Seed and straw for grass. Property needs to be left as a building site. Bidder will have 30 days to complete the project once village is notified of final approval. If you are awarded the bid a Certificate of Liability Insurance is required with the Village of Ramsey listed as additional insured and a form W-9 filed at City Hall prior to work commencing.
