Project includes the construction of wood pole building with concrete slab and foundations, metal siding and metal roofing and limited interior finishes. Site work and utility work is commensurate with the work. Work also includes all mechanical work, plumbing rough-in work and electrical work related to rough-in of conduits and back boxes.
