Completed plans call for the demolition of a pre-engineered storage facility; for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility; and for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility.

Project includes the construction of wood pole building with concrete slab and foundations, metal siding and metal rooing and limited interior inishes. Site work and utility work is commensurate with the work. Work also includes all mechanical work, plumbing rough-in work and electrical work related to rough-in of conduits and back boxes. Demolition of existing building will be performed by the District. Alternate Bid #1 Description: Work includes the provision and installation of plumbing ixtures as indicated on the Drawings. Alternate Bid #2 Description: Work includes the provision and installation of electrical devices and wiring as indicated on the Drawings. Alternate Bid #3 Description: Work includes the demolition, removal and legal disposal of existing building's concrete slab and existing concrete foundations and footings to a minimum depth of 3'-0" below existing grade. The Owner requires the project to be substantially complete by December 20, 2024. Your Bid will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 45 days after submission.
