Renovation of a municipal facility in Hanford, California. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of December 27, 2022, no bids received. CDA/Planning Office Conversion Objective: To convert two offices into 4 offices Contractor Will: 1 Cut out and frame 3 new doors in existing wall, location will be determined at the time of job walk 2 Take one of the existing doors and change the swing 3 The contractor will furnish and install new door and jamb with all hardware and trim similar to existing. Door boring set back is 2 3/4 ". The hand of the door will be determined by location of door 4 Repair the carpet or add threshold where new doorway are installed 5 Doorknobs will be supplied by the county 6 Fire Sprinkler- Relocate existing fire sprinkler and add new sprinkler heads in new workspaces 7 Lighting- Split up lighting to accommodate new workspaces. Relocate the outlet in the hallway that is in the way of the new door to be installed. 8 Add light switches to accommodate the new offices 9 Repair any damage to walls caused by construction. 10 Paint- Prep all walls in project area. Apply 2 coats of paint to match existing. Paint door trim to match existing
