The tenderer must have an establishment in Quebec or in a territory covered by an intergovernmental agreement on the liberalization of markets applicable to the City of Granby according to the conditions of the call for tenders. All tenders must be produced and submitted on the tender form provided for this purpose, and comply with the conditions stipulated in this tender request and the accompanying estimate. With his tender, the tenderer must provide a tender guarantee of a value at least equal to 10% of the total amount of the tender (taxes included) in the form of a certified check drawn on a Canadian chartered bank or a credit union. popular, payable to the City of Granby or an irrevocable letter of bank guarantee or a suretyship of the same value. The City of Granby does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders presented and incurs no obligation towards the tenderers.
