The Vendor shall provide tree nursery services to grow, package, and store (if required), 1.9 million extracted and graded container stock seedlings for the purpose of planting on the Wabadowgang Noopming Forest. Seedlings are required to be available for the 2024 spring planting season, with a delivery date of May 15, 2024. These seedlings are required to renew 1,150 hectares. The seedlings required will be 1,400,000 black spruce, and 500,000 jack pine. The Ministry shall provide the Vendor with the seeds to grow the seedlings. The container size must be a minimum of a 40mL plug. The Vendor shall grow the seedlings in conventional trays in accordance with current industry standards.
