The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain quotes and/or bids for providing snow plowing and shoveling services for the Town of Hurley Transfer Station, located at 1043 Dug Hill Road for 2022 through the end of the winter snow season of2023. Scope of Work The selected contractor/individual will be responsible for plowing and shoveling services to the Town of Hurley. The work to be completed will include plowing the driveway; parking lot; access points (entrance, exit, in front of the individual stations and structures); and access to bins at 1043 Dug Hill Road (Town of Hurley Transfer Station). Transfer Station employees as well as residents must be able to use the parking lot as well as all of the access points at the Transfer Station. Equipment operators must wear, at all times, high visibility reflective safety vests, jackets, or shirts while operating equipment in road. The proposal bid form must be signed.
