Site work and paving for a civil project in West Hurley, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The project consists of the Construction of Storm Sewers, Catch Basins, Paving and Appurtenances. Every request for such interpretation should be in writing and addressed to Brinnier and Larios, P.C., 67 Maiden Lane, Kingston, New York 12401 and to be given consideration must be received at least seven days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount of not less than five percentum (5%) of the base bid in the form of a certified check or bid bond subject to the conditions of this contract. The successful bidder shall furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the accepted bid as set forth in the Bid Form. These Bonds shall be in compliance with the Specifications All work shall be completed in 120 consecutive calendar days from the date set forth in the Notice to Proceed The Town Board expressly reserves the right to waive any informalities in or to accept any bid, or to reject any and all bids, or to award on any or all items, as the interest of the Town of Hurley may appear to require.
