Site work for a mixed-use development in West Hurley, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a fire / police facility.
Repair and replacement of a septic system Performance bond and payment bond each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price To provide labor, equipment and materials necessary to repair and replace the existing septic system pursuant to the Plans, Drawings, Notes, and Specifications prepared by Peak Engineering as set forth in the Bid Documents. The proposal contemplates that the successful bidder will perform all work and provide all materials necessary to complete the project as engineered. The project includes site preparation and the removal and proper disposal of construction-related debris. Every request for interpretation, clarification, or information should be made in writing and addressed to the Fire District Secretary, PO Box 312, 24 Wall Street West Hurley, NY 12491, or via email to whfdsecretary@hvc.rr.com, and must be received no later than 12:00 PM on July 18, 2023
