For the following public works service project: Hydrant and Valve Maintenance FY2022/23 The proposed work consists of the following: Proposal is for a one year (1) contract with three (3) annual one (1) year renewal options, up to four (4) years. This program will address approximately 296 hydrants and associated isolation valves, approximately 411 mainline valves between the sizes of 1" to 14", and approximately 34 valves 16" to 33" in San Juan Water District's distribution system for the first year, and similar but varying amounts in the following years. There is no Pre-bid meeting however, Questions regarding proposal requirements, the required scope of work must be received in writing (letter or email) on, or before 4:00 PM local time on Thursday December 29, 2022; this is to allow sufficient time to distribute questions and answers to all prospective firms.
