Bidder shall inform all subcontractors on the project in writing that each is obligated to pay prevailing wages and the bidder awarded the contract shall ensure that prevailing wages are paid on the project. Bidders are hereby notified that pursuant to Sections 1770 et seq. of the Labor Code of the State of California, the City Council of the City of Westminster incorporates herein by reference the general prevailing rate of per diem wages as determined by the Director of Industrial Relations of the State of California.
