Storm Drainage 6. Stormwater Management 7. Synthetic Turf Athletic Field 8. Hardscaping 9. Sports Lighting 10. Street Lighting 11. Fencing and Gates 12. Vehicular Metal Gates (custom Provide and install new multi-purpose athletic field, sports and street lighting, bleachers, digital scoreboards, hardscaping, stormwater improvements, and landscaping at Leakin Park along Sloman Dr. A certified check of the bidder or a bank cashier's check or a bank treasurer's check drawn on a solvent clearing house bank, made payable to the Director of Finance or a bid bond executed on the form as provided in the Bid or Proposal for an amount which is not less than that determined by multiplying the total bid submitted by two percent will be required with each bid over $100,000.00.
