Site work for a water / sewer project in Moab, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Construction is complete on Phase 1. Grand County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informality in any bid, which in the opinion of Grand County shall best serve the interest of Grand County. Send sealed bids and bid response form to the Clerk/Auditor address above with Grand County Tract E Arroyo Crossing Infrastructure Improvements clearly marked on the outside of envelope. Bids submitted after the official closing date and time will not be considered for award. Scope of work: Infrastructure improvements on Tract E will include the water, irrigation, sewer, and RMP electrical improvements necessary to serve 27 townhome units located between Spanish Valley Dr. and Golden Eagle Way in the Arroyo Crossing subdivision in Moab, Utah. Improvements under this contract will provide necessary connections for eventual vertical construction and tie-ins to water, sewer, and power infrastructure.
