Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Carbondale, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a swimming pool.

Roofing Contract: NTP: June 1, 2023 General Contract: NTP: March 8, 2023 Please bring bid to Principals office of the High School Building at Rt 6- 101 Brooklyn St., Carbondale PA 18407. Bids shall be submitted on the form provided and shall be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check equal to ten percent of the total price submitted inclusive of add alternates. Bids must remain valid for the period of time stated on the bid form. The Carbondale Area School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids. If the Bidder obtains Bidding/Contract Documents from any source other than BDA, the Architect/Owner will not be held responsible for incomplete or missing documents. Project has the following separate prime construction contracts: General Construction Roofing Construction The project involves two work areas. Area 1 is the infill of the pool at the High School. Area 2 is the replacement of low slope membrane roof and shingled roof area on the Elementary School. All requests for Bid Documents shall include the following information: 1. The Renovation Includes the Infill of The Pool and Creation of a New Entry Door.the Space Will Continue to Be Used for Storage. The Work Also Consists of Re-roofing the Low Slope Roof Areas on the Elementary School and Removal/replacement of the Asphalt Shingles. There is Also Some Associated Metal Work Related to the Reroofing Process.
