For the following: City Hall Landscaping and Yard Maintenance Services The City of Hope, Arkansas is interested in landscaping and yard maintenance services for the City Hall property located at 206 W. Avenue A in Hope Arkansas. Property includes approximately 1.63 acres of which 1,500 sq. ft. includes flower beds and plantings. Specifications for services must include at minimum, but not be limited to, the following: o Grass areas around the building to be mowed regularly during the growing season to maintain an average height of 2 1/2" to 3 1/2". Direction of mowing pattern to be altered on a regular basis to avoid worn spots. oTrimming and edging around all landscaping / paved surfaces. o Clippings to be blown off walkways o Litter and debris to be removed from lawn prior to mowing and removal of all trash and debris from the property before departure oTree andshrubbery trimming and trimmings removed oRoutine lawn and plant care including weeding, fertilizing, seeding, pesticides,etc. as needed oAll tree and shrub areasto be mulched, old mulch removed oLeavesto be removed from the lawn and bedding areasduring leaf season Any questions regarding this advertisement should be addressed to Catherine Cook, City Manager, at 870-777-6701.
