Renovation of an educational facility in Lehman, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project will complete the HVAC upgrades to the Bell Building at Penn State Wilkes-Barre. Scope of work includes receiving, storing, rigging, and installing air handling units (pre-purchased by Owner), providing return fans, exhaust fans, and associated mechanical, electrical, structural, and site scope. The electrical generator and ATS will be pre-purchased by the Owner. The contractor shall receive, store, rig, and install. The BAS will be by a third-party vendor, but coordination with the installer will be required.Contractors bidding directly to Penn State for this contract [Prime Contractors] are required to be prequalified in the following prequalification trade category: General Construction
