This includes partnering with the City of Toronto on two municipal facilities with underground parking components. Through these partnerships, TPA has entered into agreements with the City of Toronto to manage and operate the below-grade parking components of each of these municipal facilities to serve the general public on a commercial basis. The City of Toronto is responsible for the construction of these municipal facilities. TPA has been consulted throughout the process to ensure the design and construction of the parking component of the facilities comply with its standards. The two municipal projects are at different stages of completion, but on track to be completed and operational in 2023. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
