Repair floor joist in women's room: Run new floor joists 2x8 as needed in an approx. 6x6 area 2. Install new plywood sized to match existing floor 3. Install new VCT and cove base for flooring 4. Install new R13 insulation in exterior walls 5. Install new drywall 6. Install new drop ceiling 7. Paint and prime walls: Color chosen by Town of Somerset 8. Install original partitions, sand and paint 9. Install Hand rail system per AAB Electrical rough from assessment Install 1 each lay in LED fixture in each bathroom, rewire Plumbing rough from assessment Add mop sink in women's bathroom over existing drain, new rough plumbing as needed.
