For Landside Rehabilitation The Burbank-Glendale-Pasadena Airport Authority is requesting invites for appropriately licensed contractors to submit bids including furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and other incidental and appurtenant work necessary to remove and replace pavement to depth specified in three locations on the airport roadways to match existing grades and include new speed bumps, signage, and striping Liquidated Damages: $1,000 per day Start/Delivery Date: Mach 2023/May 2023 Project Duration: 60 Calander days from NTP Bid Bond: 5.00% Payment Bond: 100.00% Performance Bond: 100.00% Bids must be valid for 120 days from the due date. Bid bonds must be physically delivered via method of your choice to the Airport by the bid deadline, however, the bid itself and all required documents must be uploaded electronically. Bids physically delivered to the Authority will not be accepted. Documents must be uploaded in PDF format. It is the Proposers responsibility to ensure their proposal documents are properly uploaded onto the Airport Authoritys online bid management system. Proposals that are missing pages, cannot be opened, etc. may be considered unresponsive. It is the Proponents sole responsibility to contact the Airport Authoritys online bid management provider at 818-992-1771 to resolve any technical issues related to electronic bidding, including (but not limited to) registering as a vendor, updating passwords, updating profiles, uploading/downloading documents, submitting an electronic bid/proposal, etc. Submission of bid/proposal shall be exclusively through electronically. It is the bidders'/proposers' sole responsibility to thoroughly review the submission requirements and adequately plan time needed to upload and review their submission.
