Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

**As of February 21, 2023, project was awarded to JAtlas Striping, Dalzell, SC, awarded amount is $19,586.69.** The work shall consist of: 1. Clean all loose dirt, gravel and weeds from cracks and surface. 2. Crack sealing throughout to material specifications. 3. Four coats of spray-applied slurry emulsion (Appx. 5400 sy). 4. Environmentally safe products to be used. 5. Oil spots and stains to be primed to prevent bleed-through. 6. Parking wheel stops to be removed and reinstalled by contractor. 7. Repaint markings on asphalt to existing layout. 8. Final Cleanup of site. The Town of Surfside Beach is seeking bids for the sealcoating and associated repairs to the Huckabee recreation complex parking lot and driveway.
