Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Douglasville, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The scope of work includes the provision by the Contractor of all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies necessary to complete the work. The Project will be "turn key" and require minimal involvement of Authority personnel. The work to be performed shall include, but is not limited to, the removal of approximately 100 linear feet (LF) of 48" corrugated metal pipe (CMP), one cross-tie headwall, one catch basin, one concrete apron, curb and gutter, one concrete flume, asphalt pavement, one driveway section, existing trees and vegetative debris. The Project includes installation of 108 LF of 48" reinforced concrete pipe (RCP), two double wing catch basins (GDOT STD. 1034D), two headwalls (GDOT STD. 1125), one concrete driveway section, asphalt pavement, concrete trench cap, concrete curb and gutter and erosion control measures The Project site is located within Douglas County. Plans for Chattahoochee Drive Stormwater Improvement Project have been prepared by Rindt, Inc., Brian Hart, PE, dated 12/21/2022. Special Conditions and Appendices contain more detailed information on the Project scope. All work will be performed within Authority easements and/or inside public right of way. All anticipated rights of way and easements required for the Project have been obtained. All anticipated federal, state, and local permits required for the Project have been obtained.
