This ITB invites Bids from qualified firms, according to the requirements set forth in the contract documents, including the format and content guidelines specified. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days except as specifically may be provided in the Instructions to Bidders and/or by State Law. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. The work to be completed shall consist of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials not listed in the "Materials List" necessary to locate and install approximately 1,600 linear feet of 2" XLPE water main, approximately 356 water service lines, and abandon the existing service lines complete with tapping saddles, corporation stops, XLPE service tubing, curb stops, service line disinfection, roadway replacement, earthwork, grassing, soil erosion and sediment control measures, and all appurtenances necessary to provide a complete installation. The Owner will provide materials listed in the "Materials List" in Section 00400.
