Project locations will be located throughout the City of Seattle as specified in each Work Package issued after the Contract is executed This Project consists of performing spot sewer rehabilitation to existing sewer and drainage pipes of varying depth and size. This includes coordinating with other utilities, surface removal, excavation, dewatering, bypass pumping, replacing pipe, pipe fittings, maintenance holes and channels, bedding, jet cleaning, CCTV inspection, backfilling, pavement restoration, and removal of debris. The Minimum Award Value for this contract is $600,000, as defined in Section 1-01.3. The Work will be assigned by Work Packages. Each Work Package will specify the scope of work for Sewer repairs between two sequential maintenance holes and must be performed as specified in the Contract and the Work Package details The Contract amount is Not to Exceed $4,000,000, plus sales tax. CONTRACT DURATION: The Contract duration is for a period of 1.5 years, starting from Notice to Proceed, or until the date that the total payment requested meet Not. to Exceed, award amount, whichever is earlier. PRE-BID MEETING: No Prebid site inspection has been scheduled for this Project For purposes of the Inclusion Plan, this is considered an "Underground" type of project with a Past Performance of 17% WMBE utilization rates based on completed projects.
