Saving Project...

Site work and renovation of a medical facility in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.

CHEO is seeking Quotations from qualified signage contractors ("Proponents") to supply and install a variety of signs at CHEO's leased sites. CHEO operates numerous leased facilities in addition to its main campus situated at 401 Smyth Road, Ottawa. These facilities all have exterior signage directing patrons to the principal exterior entrance, and in the case of some leased facilities, interior signage directing patrons to the CHEO suite entrance. Over the years, some of the signage has not stayed abreast of changes made to the CHEO brand graphics. A study was performed to recommend signage updates per uniform branding standards across the numerous sites, with replacement options addressing the variety of metal and /or plastic signage panels, and vinyl adhesive signage to be found (refer to Schedule B - Full Scope of Work). The purpose of this solicitation is to engage a qualified signage fabricator / installer to replace the dated identified signage panels. The successful Proponent will coordinate with CHEO and numerous lessor representatives to arrange for component panel replacement on signage support structures.
