Renovation of an educational facility in Danville, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The project is expected to be awarded on 2/20/23** The Board of Trustees of Danville Area Community College, District #507 desires to receive sealed bids for Roof Replacement at 2408 E. Main Street, Danville IL 61832. Also known as Hegeler Hall. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids for any or no reason. Work generally includes but is not limited to the following: Remove existing roof system and underlayment completely down to roof deck. Install insulation, coverboard and pvc roof system. Remove and replace metal flashings as indicated. Remove and replace gutters and downspouts. Remove abandoned mechanical equipment from roof Modify gas piping and curb flashing for existing to remain RTUs required for installation of new roof. Abate asbestos sealant in roof curbs/flashing on roof as needed for this phase of work. Plan deposits will be refunded in full upon the return of the Bid Documents, in good condition, within ten (10) days after the bid opening. The deposits of General Contractors, who do not submit a bonafide bid or do not return the Bid Documents within ten (10) days after the bid opening, will not be refunded.
