Site Directions: Sugarbush Lane Est. Completion Date: Nov 17, 2023 Description: Sugarbush Lane Subdivision - Utility infrastructure installation and road, curb & gutter, and sidewalk construction. Summary of Proposed Work: Community Water System Facilities installation of approximately (3,700) feet of 8-inch PVC C900 water main, (14) gate valves with boxes, (10) fire hydrants with gate valves, (2) connections to existing water main, (15) corp stops with saddles, (15) curb stops with boxes, and (700) feet of 1-inch PE water service lines. Community Sewer System Facilities installation of approximately (942) feet of 10-inch SDR 35 sewer main, (2,572) feet of 8-inch SDR 35 sewer main, (13) sewer manholes, (1) connection to existing sewer system, (14) sewer wyes, (1) sewer saddle, and (730) feet of 4-inch SDR 35 sewer lateral pipe. Storm Sewer Facilities installation of approximately (4,300) feet of 12-inch to 42-inch pipe, (28) storm sewer manholes 4ft-6ft diameter, associated storm inlets, and storm water pond construction. New Road construction of the following approximate materials but not limited to (9,200) tons of base aggregate, (7,300) linear feet of concrete curbing, (26,850) square feet of concrete sidewalk, and (2,400) tons of hot-mixed asphalt pavement. Additional Description: The project construction anticipates boulder/rock excavation and removal.
