The selected firm will assist the Department in managing delivery of the Project using the Design-Build method and will be responsible for preparing project-specific Design-Build procurement and contract documents based on current Department procedures. The Service Provider will assist the Department in managing the delivery of the Project by the Design-Build (DB) method for the Bridge Replacements Project on Interstate 80 (I-80) West in Reno. Identification and development of the project design, phasing, and contract framework for successful and timely implementation of a DB project to replace vital infrastructure required for safety, operations, and mobility, to include strategies for limited impact to the traveling public along this section of the Interstate.
