For Network Equipment and Maintenance LACOE is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide equipment for an on premise, district- wide wireless network upgrade for its schools. Locations will include but are not limited to: Los Angeles County High School for the Arts (State University Drive Building #20, N Warwick Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90032) iPoly High School (3851 W Temple Ave, Pomona, CA 91768) Mailed proposals are to be addressed to the Los Angeles County Office of Education, Attn: Lilibeth Morelos, Procurement Services Coordinator, Contracts Section, Education Center West, Room 169, 9300 Imperial Highway, Downey, CA 90242. Proposers must comply with all official orders, and LACOE guidelines and practices relating to COVID-19 when hand-delivering their proposals. If proposals are mailed, mail to Los Angeles County Office of Education, 9300 Imperial Highway, ECW 169, Downey, California 90242-2890. If proposals are hand-delivered, deliver to 12830 Columbia Way (formerly Clark Avenue), ECW 169, Downey, California. It is the sole responsibility of the person submitting the proposal to ensure that it is delivered on time. Any proposal submitted may, at the sole discretion of LACOE, be returned without consideration. It is the practice of LACOE not to consider late offers unless it is determined that a selection cannot be made from among the proposals received on time. LACOE shall not be responsible for, nor accept as a valid excuse for late proposal delivery, any delay in mail service or other method of delivery used by the respondent. All proposals shall be enclosed in a sealed package plainly marked with the words "Proposal Responding to RFP No. 1702-22/23; Do Not Open Until February 15, 2023." All proposals shall be firm offers subject to acceptance by LACOE and may not be withdrawn for a period of 120 calendar days following the last day to submit proposals. Proposals may not be amended once submitted to LACOE, except as permitted by LACOE.
