The City of DeSoto (City) invites participation in Request for Bid (RFB) for experience and qualified Contractor(s) for asphalt street pavement reconstruction, barrier free ramps, sidewalk, curb and gutter replacement. Proposals should include removing of the existing asphalt and replaced with new asphalt pavement with full depth base reclamation as specified in construction plans for Greenbrook Dr., Briarbrook Dr., Shadybrook Dr. E., Shadybrook Dr. W., Shadybrook Cir., Cassandra Cir., and Adams Place. All improvements shall meet the City's specifications. The Contractor is to supply all traffic controls devices, in conformance with the Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Streets and Highway. The Contractor(s) selected will be awarded a contract with the City. The work will consist ofthe removal and replacement of HMAC paving and related appurtenances, along Greenbrook Dr., Briarbrook Dr., Shadybrook Dr. E., Shadybrook Drive W., Shadybrook Circle, Cassandra Circle, and Adam Place in the program all per City of DeSoto construction standard details and all in accordance with the plans and specifications.
