Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Woodstock, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.

The City of Woodstock invites qualified contractors to submit a design proposal for the installation of the following building elements noted in the specifications section on Page 11 of the Tender. The intent of this tender is to find a contractor to supply the necessary labour, materials, equipment, and services required to: - Removal of existing granular drainage bed, topsoil, subgrade, and concrete sidewalk as required for installation of the stormwater drainage. - Removal of existing bottom elbow of existing downspouts. - Supply and Install gravel drainage with heat traced storm pipe, downspout fittings and subdrain. - Supply and install rigid insulation, and Terafix 270 geotextile. - Supply and install concrete sidewalk replacing the sidewalk sections removed for installation of the stormwater drainage. - Restoration of any disturbed/damaged areas to the satisfaction of the City and Consultant. - Complete the project following the City of Woodstock guidelines. - Complete project in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) and regulations, applicable standards, and legal requirements. - Follow the City of Woodstock contractor management program.
