For Solid Waste Engineering Services The Spotsylvania County Utilities/Public Works Department operates one (1) active landfill, two (2) closed landfills and thirteen (13) convenience and recycling centers and mulching facilities. Questions from Offerors must be received by the Spotsylvania County Procurement Division by January 18, 2023 at noon. Prices shall remain fixed during the initial term of the contract. Any adjustment to pricing for future years will be agreed upon in writing prior to each renewal Three (3) copies and one (1) original indicated as "Original" of proposals, along with an electronic copy of the proposal and attachments on a virus free flash drive, shall be submitted to: Spotsylvania County Procurement Department P.O.
