It is the intention of the BOARD to select a Provider as soon as practical, and move forward immediately thereafter in finalizing project design and scope to receive a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) from the selected Provider for the initial Projects. The Nature Works Conservancy District ("DISTRICT"), by and through its Board of Directors ("BOARD") is soliciting responses to a "REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS" (RFQ) for the implementation of a Guaranteed Savings Contract for their Multi-Phase Wastewater and Storm Water Utilities Facility Improvements Projects. The responses to the RFQ will provide a means by which the BOARD will select a single Provider to complete the Contracts. The contracts shall follow IC 36-1-12.5 The Projects generally consist of multi-phase improvements to the Nature Works CD wastewater treatment facility, collection system and lift stations necessary to facilitate potential additional customers and address replacement of existing equipment beyond its useful life. In addition, the District will seek in-kind replacement of a failed portion of their storm sewer network to address sinkholes and drainage concerns within their jurisdiction. RFQ responses must be submitted in the format outlined in the RFQ guidelines. Each RFQ response will be reviewed to determine if it is complete prior to actual evaluation. The BOARD reserves the right to reject any and all RFQ responses and to be the sole judge of the value and merit of the RFQ responses offered. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
