Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the Notice to Proceed for this Project may be issued as much as 90 days from the date the Springfield Housing Authority approves the construction contract. The work is estimated to cost $4,482,138.00 including Base Bid and two Alternates. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A-J and to Federal minimum wage rates as indicated in Section 00.73.43-LABOR REGULATIONS.
