Request for Proposals (RFP) Public Works Design/Engineering Services: Phase II Engineering Evaluation and Alternative Analysis/Conceptual Design of Breckwood Pond Dam The City of Springfield seeks qualifications and price proposals from qualified Public Works Design/Engineering Professionals to perform services for the project entitled:;Phase II Engineering Evaluation and Alternative Analysis/Conceptual Design of Breckwood Pond Dam.; The scope of services shall include engineering investigations, reporting and conceptual design development for repairs and rehabilitation of the dam and appurtenant structures to meet recognized design standards for such infrastructure. The design fee is to be a fixed fee, not to exceed $120,000.00. The City reserves the right to waive any informality in, or to revoke, any or all bids, if in the public interest to do so. The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts. No questions will be answered unless received by the Chief Procurement Officer at least 7 days prior to the expiration of the time set for submitting bids or proposals.
