As of March 13 the project was awarded to Tahoe Pool & Spa Inc for $82,353 - Vennie's Electric Inc for $63,295 and Ben F Dotson Construction for $173,300. Town of Round Mountain, Nye County, State of Nevada, P.O. Box 1369, Round Mountain, Nevada 89045, will accept sealed bids for Ingvart Christensen Swimming Pool Ceiling-Rust Removal Project PWP-NY-2023-179, located at 65 Hadley Circle, Round Mountain, Nevada NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the contract may be awarded by the Owner during the course of the meeting held on January 24, 2023. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids or accept the bid deemed best by the Board and will not be bound to accept the low bid. The Owner will not award the Contract to a bidder who, at the time of submitting a bid was not properly licensed under the provisions of Chapter 624 of the NRS. Town of Round Mountain is an equal opportunity provider and employer. The Bidder must take affirmative steps to assure that disadvantaged businesses are used when possible as sources of supplies, construction and services.
