For Construction Material Testing and Special Inspections The City of Lake Saint Louis, Missouri is requesting statements of qualifications for the Construction Material Testing and Special Inspections for the construction of the Lake Saint Louis, Police Expansion, located within the City of Lake Saint Louis Missouri. The proposed projects entail the following scopes of work: 1. Police Expansion (2023) - Office additions, office renovation, and alternate multiroom addition that will contain the following components: additions consist of load bearing metal stud walls with wood roof trusses, asphalt shingles, brick veneer, and associated sitework. The City of Lake Saint Louis contracted with Navigate Building Solutions, LLC to provide Construction Management Services-Owner's Agent Services. Interested firms and all representatives thereof are prohibited from contacting any elected officials until after a final selection has been made by the City of Lake Saint Louis. Construction March 2023 - March 2024 The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all responses. The Owner reserves the right to waive any variances from original RFQ in cases where the variances are considered to be, in the sole discretion of the Owner, in the best interest of the Owner. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
