The first phase of this project is the Conceptual Design Phase. The purpose of this phase is for the CONSULTANT to complete the Topographic Survey and Property Base Map for the existing topographic conditions of the project limits. After the topographic survey and property base mapping has been conducted and field verified by the CONSULTANT, the Preliminary Hydraulic Report, and the previously completed Geotechnical Report will be used by the CONSULTANT to complete the Conceptual Design of the Project. Geotechnical Report will not be included in the scope of the project. As noted above, a previous consultant has studied the geotechnical aspects of this project. A copy of this report will be provided to the consultant. Question Deadline 03/24/2023 The County reserves the right to terminate the contract for reasons of violations by the successful proposer of any term or condition of the contract by giving thirty (30) days written notice stating the reasons therefore and giving the party ample time to remedy the deficiencies.
