Site work for a road / highway in Lake Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The general scope of the project is to provide traffic signal upgrades at the following five (5) intersections in the City of Lake Saint Louis, Missouri: • Lake Saint Louis Blvd. at Technology Drive • Meadows Circle Dr. at Technology Drive • Ronald Reagan Dr. at Lila Ln. • Ronald Reagan Dr. at Hawk Ridge Trail • Lake Saint Louis Blvd. at S. Henke Rd. • Replace existing protected/permissive signal heads with flashing yellow arrow (FYA) signal heads • Upgrade with new ATC traffic signal controllers (NEMA TS2 compatible with high resolution data, including signal phasing and timing messaging capabilities needed to produce V2I communications and Signal Performance Measures reports), add load switches, add new MMU’s, to be compatible with FYA conversion • Upgrade existing video detection system (high definition video detection system capable of collecting and producing turning movement counts) • Replace existing signal signs in conflict with FYA conversion.
