Site work for a mixed-use development in Middleton, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
The project consists of the following but not limited to: Campus Site Improvements Site Lighting Surface Improvements Landscaping No pre-bid meeting will be held. All bids are to include a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship between the bidder and Fulton Schools in accordance with MCL 380.1267. Bids shall not be accepted that do not include this statement. All bids must be submitted with a 5% bid security. Question Deadline 01/05/2023 at 4:00 PM ET All RFIs/Clarifications shall be submitted in writing to Blake Simon (bsimon@wielandbuilds.com), WIELAND is excited to continue to work with Fulton Schools on their bond project for improvements to their campus and site. This stage of our bidding includes renovations to site located 8060 Ely Highway. Renovation includes exterior work such as (but not limited to) demolition, site lighting, sidewalks, curbs, asphalt, landscaping, detention pond, underground storm.
