Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Harper, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Project is generally described as Harper CCLIP-SP, US-160 Highway (14th Street) from Pine Street to K-2 Highway. 2" Milling and overlay with pavement patching, sidewalk ramps, and curb & gutter. Work includes the following estimated quantities: 15,816 sqyd. of milling; 1,772 tons of HMA; 22 sqyd. of FullDepth Pavement Replacement; 104 LF of Curb & Gutter; 84 sqyd. of Sidewalk Ramps; Pavement Markings; Traffic Control; and other appurtenances, with an Additive Bid that includes 958 LF of Curb & Gutter and 25 sqyd of Sidewalk Construction. Bid Security will be required in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. A pre-bid conference will not be held. Any questions regarding the Bidding Documents should be directed to ENGINEER. Please submit all questions no later than February 1, 2023. Complete sets of Bidding Documents must be used in preparing Bids; neither OWNER nor ENGINEER assumes any responsibility for errors or misinterpretations resulting from the use of incomplete sets of Bidding Documents, or complete sets obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Addendums and planholder list will also be available on the Plan Room.
