Water Quality, Water Management, and Environmental Engineering Firms possessing the required experience may submit a statement of qualifications for one, all or any of the Technical Areas. Work awarded under this contract will be for projects in which the estimated construction cost of each individual project does not exceed $4 million or for study activity where the fee for each individual study does not exceed $500,000. All work will be performed in accordance with industry standards and comply with applicable laws and regulations. After the initial 3 (three) year contract period, price increase is allowed upon mutual agreement. The price increase is limited to the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U) increases for the South Region Size B/C as reported for October to September of each year.
