Description

Renovation of a fire / police facility in Marco Island, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

The City of Marco Island is seeking the services of a professional Contractor to purchase, transport, install, test, and commission commercial-grade new kitchen equipment in the new Fire Station 50 Building at 1280 San Marco Rd., Marco Island, FL 34145. The services should be performed in compliance with the valid Florida Building Code and all standards associated with the scope of this project. Contractor shall also train City's maintenance personnel on the kitchen equipment operation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
