Sedro-Woolley Public Works is project managing a tenant improvement project at the city's maintenance and operations facility. The original building was constructed between 2021 and 2022, but the second floor was left unfinished until funding to complete the second floor was identified. Funding is now in place to complete the work. This contract shall provide for the electrical system installation on the second floor of the building including lighting, switching, outlets, fire alarm system and ancillaries, and telecommunication as specified in the attached drawings, sheets E-0.1, through E-6.1. Contractor shall also coordinate and work closely with the mechanical system contractor to supply power to the mechanical system, shown on page M1.0 to M4.0. Contractor shall provide a 1-year warranty on mechanical and workmanship defects from date of final acceptance. The City of Sedro-Woolley is soliciting bids under the city's Small Works Roster utilizing MRSC Rosters for the installation of the electrical and fire alarm systems on the second floor of our Public Works Operations Facility located at 501 Alexander Street, in Sedro-Wooley, Washington.
