Through this Request for Proposals, the Regional District of Central Okanagan (the "Regional District") invites Proposals from experienced signage suppliers to be the exclusive supplier of Interpretation Sign Frames and/or Sign Panels for its Regional Parks in 2023. This RFP document sets-out: the details of the Equipment and Services required; the process for submission, evaluation and award of the Contract; the terms and conditions of the Contract; plus forms which outline the information a Respondent to this RFP should submit in their Proposal. The supply of these goods is split into two 'Lots': Lot A is for the supply of Sign Frames, and Lot B is for the supply of the Sign Panels. Respondents to this RFP may submit proposals based on one or both lots. The Regional District will evaluate and award the contract for each Lot separately.
